Pastalini was started by two business entrepreneurs that share a love for food and a passion for new concepts. Enjoying eating out and always looking for the healthier options, they realized that in today’s market there aren’t many places besides sandwich venues that allow their customers to create their own dishes based on their dietary preferences. With that in mind, they came up with the idea to open up a place that serves good hearty food with quality ingredients in a way that allows their customers to choose their own toppings and sauces.
The idea that was born is Pastalini, is a fast-casual pasta restaurant offering an array of popular Italian pasta dishes with our own twist. At Pastalini, each customer can custom choose their own pasta type, meat, vegetables and sauce.
